CONDOMINIUM CONTROL ORDINANCE
CHANGES APPROVED
At the August 11, 2025 Board Meeting the Town Board voted to change the minimum lot size to 20 acres for off water lots. Additionally, the owner of any lot which is twenty (20) acres in size or greater may seek a land division of such lot which creates one (1) additional separate lot which must be at least 2.5 net acres or larger in size.

Notice is given to voters of the Town of Cleveland that a Spring Election for State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Judicial Offices, Cleveland Municipal Offices, & School Boards will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
Voters must state their name, present photo ID and sign poll list .
Polls will be open from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm at the Town Hall located at
20470 St Hwy 64, Cornell.

TOWN OF CLEVELAND
Temporary Weight Limit Ban
In accordance with sec.349.15-17, WI Statutes, a temporary gross weight limit of six tons on any one axle and ten tons on any tandem axle under eight feet apart will be in effect beginning on March 3, 2025. These weight restrictions will be on all roads in the township. Dates for the temporary weight restrictions will run concurrent with dates of county road bans.
